About the Event
Welcome to the 10 Day HIIT Challenge! This plan is meant for those who want to embark on a new challenge to better themselves mentally and physically. You will come out on the other end of this challenge feeling stronger and seeing results! The workouts duration can be from 15-25mins depending on your prefered fitness level. The workouts are designed for beginner to advanced fitness levels and can be performed at home or in a gym setting.
The 10 Day HIIT Challenge will include:
- $50 Cash Prize for the best transformation. Please Read: You must submit before and after pictures to the coach in order to be considered for the cash prize! If you do not wish to submit transformation photos you may still participate in the challenge but not eligible for the cash prize.
- A workout plan including instructional videos
- Access to the participant support group chat. Please Read: You will be required to download the GroupMe app to be added to the group chat
Workout Equipment Preferred (not provided by MBS Fitness LLC) but not needed:
- Loop Resistance Bands
- Dumbbell Weights 5lbs+
