About the Event
Welcome to the 21 Day LevelUp Challenge! This challenge is meant for those who are looking to add a challenge to better themselves. You will come out on the other end of this challenge feeling stronger and seeing results! The workouts duration will be from 15-25mins depending on your prefered intensity level. The workouts can be performed at home or in a gym setting.
The 21 Day LevelUp Challenge will include:
- A workout plan including instructional videos
- Dietary and Nutrition Recomendations
Workout Equipment Preferred (not provided by MBS Fitness LLC):
- Loop Resistance Bands
- Dumbbell Weights
